Nike Air Max Plus Quality Control Report
This comprehensive inspection covers the Nike Air Max Plus running shoes across multiple colorways. The Air Max Plus features a distinctive upper design with gradient overlays, visible Air cushioning in the heel, and a TPU shank for stability. Our QC process evaluates construction, materials, and overall accuracy to retail versions.
Upper Construction & Materials
The synthetic mesh and synthetic leather upper should show precise gradient transitions with no bleeding between colors. Check that the overlays are properly aligned and securely bonded without gaps or peeling. The mesh should be breathable yet durable, with consistent texture across both shoes. Inspect the tongue and collar padding for even thickness and proper stitching.
Midsole & Outsole
The visible Air unit in the heel must be clear and free of cloudiness or bubbles. The midsole should have clean paint lines with no overspray onto the upper. The rubber outsole pattern should be deep and consistent, with the waffle pattern clearly defined. Check that the flex grooves are properly cut and symmetrical between left and right shoes.
Stitching & Details
- All stitching should be tight and consistent, especially around the Swoosh logos and heel counter
- The TPU shank should be securely attached with no gaps or movement
- Check that the lace loops are reinforced and properly aligned
- Inspect the insole graphics and heel logos for proper alignment and clarity
Colorway-Specific Checks
For gradient colorways, verify that the color transitions are smooth and match retail references. Solid colorways should show consistent dye saturation without blotching. Metallic or reflective elements should have proper sheen and coverage. Always compare both shoes side-by-side for color consistency.
