Quality Control Report: Cruze Knit Sweaters & Vests
This inspection covers the Cruze Knit collection featuring camo patterns, graphic prints, and colorblock designs. As streetwear quality control specialists, we've identified key areas requiring attention to ensure you receive premium knitwear matching retail standards.
Material & Construction Assessment
The knit fabric shows good density and weight consistency across all pieces. However, we observed minor variations in yarn thickness in 2 out of 10 samples, particularly in colorblock transition areas. Stitching along seams is generally secure with reinforced stress points at shoulders and armholes. Ribbed cuffs and hems maintain proper elasticity without excessive stretching.
Design & Print Evaluation
- Camo Patterns: Alignment is precise at side seams with minimal pattern interruption. Color saturation matches reference images within acceptable tolerance.
- Graphics: Screen prints show sharp edges with no bleeding. Placement is consistent within 0.5cm variance across sizes.
- Colorblocking: Color transitions are clean with minimal dye migration. One sample showed slight misalignment at the waist seam.
Defect Identification
Common issues include loose threads at label attachments (4/10 samples) and minor pilling on inner seams (2/10 samples). No significant fabric flaws, holes, or dye inconsistencies were detected. All hardware (zippers, buttons) functions properly with secure attachments.
Size & Fit Verification
Measurements correspond to size charts within 1-2cm tolerance. Knit construction allows for expected stretch recovery. Recommend checking individual piece measurements against your specifications as relaxed fit may vary between camo and solid color versions.
